FAQ for  - returns, purchase orders, shipping,  and privacy policy

Return Policy must be notified before any merchandise is returned.
Call 1-800-445-ALPS(2577).
All items must be returned in the original packaging that it was shipped in.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee. 
If the merchandise was ordered wrong and returned to un-opened, we will exchange it for
the correct product without a re-stocking charge.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the ship date.

Purchase Order Policy
Please call 1-800-445-ALPS(2577) for information about ordering with a purchase order or to request
credit approval.
We do accept purchase orders from most Schools and Government agencies.
Approved POs can be submitted to alps@laminate or Fax: 501-676-0261.

Privacy Policy will never share or sell your information.
Once you are a customer, we may send out periodic sale specials, holiday hours, closing information, or other information that might be helpful to you.
We will not blast you with email after email.
We appreciate your business and your privacy and will not do anything we wouldn't want for ourselves.

Shipping Methods ships primarily by FEDEX ground.
We can ship by UPS or U.S Mail if you contact us before placing your order.
We can also ship Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air if contacted before placing order, or by placing the order online by 12:00 p.m. Central.   
Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product you are buying and by your zip code.
We can ship using your FEDEX or UPS or account number for a $3.00 handling fee to be added to the order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all Arkansas orders.
